Click the three vertical dots next to the member's @you to show a dropdown menu of options for managing a member's profile:

Reset password: Sends a message to the member’s primary email address with instructions to reset their password.

eView: Opens a separate tab where you can see the member’s online banking profile from their perspective.

Secure access code: Gives you the option to send an identity verification code to the channel of your choice. The options will depend on what information the member has included in their profile.

Suspend: This suspends the member’s @you so they cannot access their online banking.

Restrict Account connecting: restrict the member from connecting any further accounts.

Mark as employee: This marks the member’s profile as employee so other employees cannot see their private information.
