On the sidebar from top to bottom, you’ll see the following tabs:

Members where you can search and manage our members and their accounts.
Employees where you can create, view and manage employee roles and permissions.
Files where you can upload and share files with members and employees.
Activity reports where the system shows the activity logs for members and employees at your CU.
Nacha Files where all ACH transactions are listed. Here you can generate Nacha files with transactions to be processed by our corporate office.
Communications where you can create and send global messages, notifications, updates and emails to members. This is chiefly for announcements and marketing.
Messages where you can communicate directly with our members.
Tickets where you can manage all the members' requests.
